17 THE ENCLAVE, DORADO

Welcome to Cay Pointe, The Enclave.

Newer construction meets old-soul island charm. Striking modern architecture on the outside; warm, natural textures and rich wood tones on the inside. The kind of space that doesn’t just look like a vacation..it is one.

Perched along the golf course with gorgeous lake views, Cay Pointe gives you what almost nothing else in the Enclave can: water views, golf course views, and real privacy all at once. Views without golf carts blocking your view and privacy thanks to landscaping that wraps the property in palm fronds and greenery. You get the view. Not the audience.

Inside, the design carries that same easy, breezy vibe, woven textures, natural fiber accents, and a palette pulled straight from sand and sea. A property that feels modern, yet relaxed.

Generous living spaces and thoughtfully curated interiors create a retreat that’s as ready for a quiet Tuesday as it is for a party. And for the days the world doesn’t stop, a dedicated, separate office gives you a real room to close the door and get to work, fully removed from the living areas, so home never has to feel like the office.

Newer construction. A rare lot. Views you can’t manufacture, no matter how good your landscaper is. All in the heart of Dorado Beach.
